We work with two lasers — the alexandrite Deka Motus AX Moveo (755 nm) and the diode LightSheer DUET (approximately 805 nm), both with integrated cooling that chills the skin during the procedure itself. Most clients describe only a mild feeling of warmth; the sensation may vary individually depending on sensitivity and the zone treated.

Hair grows in cycles, so the laser works gradually. A full course usually requires 5–8 sessions, often fewer for smaller zones (underarms) and more for intimate areas. The exact plan is set by the specialist at the free consultation, based on your phototype, hair colour and hormonal activity.

A session usually takes 15–30 minutes — a small zone such as the upper lip only a few minutes, larger areas longer. Visits are spaced 4–8 weeks apart so the laser catches the hair in its active growth phase. We have 3 branches in Prague and are open 7 days a week until 21:00, so you can come after work.

The difference lies mainly in the wavelength and the depth it reaches. The alexandrite Deka Motus AX Moveo (755 nm) is ideal for lighter skin (phototypes I–III) and finer hair. The diode LightSheer DUET (approximately 805 nm) penetrates deeper and is gentler on darker or tanned skin and stronger hair. We select the right type individually at the consultation — you do not have to decide on your own.

Depilation (shaving, wax, creams) removes hair only from the surface of the skin, so it grows back quickly. Laser epilation targets the hair root with a beam of light, so the result is gradual and longer lasting, and problems such as ingrown hairs and irritation after shaving disappear as well.

IPL (photoepilation) works with scattered light across a broad spectrum, so it is less targeted and usually needs more repetitions. A laser emits one precise wavelength aimed at the pigment in the hair root, which means higher precision and efficiency and more consideration for the surrounding skin.

The laser targets melanin (pigment) in the hair, so darker hair on lighter skin responds best. Very light, grey or white hair contains little pigment and the laser struggles to catch it. Whether epilation is suitable in your case is assessed by the specialist at the consultation.

We do not recommend sunbathing or a solarium roughly 2 weeks before and after the treatment — on tanned skin the risk of irritation and pigment changes increases. Protect the treated zone with SPF 50+. Ideally plan your appointments outside a beach holiday.

Pregnancy is one of the situations where we do not recommend laser hair removal and postpone the treatment. Suitability and any other limitations are always discussed individually at the consultation before the first session.

Practically the whole body can be treated — most often underarms, legs, intimate areas (bikini), the upper lip and the face. We do not treat places with acute inflammation, injury or another current skin problem. The list of zones and indicative prices is in the Our services section.

Yes, it is best to shave the treated zone the day before the session so the laser acts directly on the root. Do not pluck the hair or remove it with wax, and avoid sunbathing for 2 weeks beforehand. You will receive precise instructions after booking.

There are practically no restrictions after laser hair removal — only a short, mild redness may appear. Moisturise the skin for the first few days, avoid sunbathing and solariums and use SPF 50+. You can keep your usual routine, including showering.
